What CAPIO did
We built a contract intelligence pilot that extracts the key clauses from each agreement, notice periods, rates, liabilities, and turns them into a clean summary and a structured record. A person still signs off, but starts from a first pass done in seconds. Document extraction with a governed model, output written into their existing systems, human review retained on anything unusual.
