How it works

Three connected stages. Each has a clear deliverable and a natural progression to the next.

Stage one — Your AI Twin

A living model of your organisation.

Over three to four weeks we run discovery conversations with stakeholders across your organisation and combine them with your corporate documents, policies and internal materials as the knowledge ingestion layer of your Twin. We build it with you, not on you — you can interact with your Twin during discovery, and once built it stays live and is updated as new decisions and initiatives come in. Instead of a report that ages the day it lands, you get an asset you can query and keep coming back to.

Your Twin produces an AI Health Score against the readiness pillars, and it keeps that score current rather than freezing it. We present the findings back to your leadership team in a structured readout held with and through the Twin itself. By the end of the session your leadership shares one view of reality and one agreed direction, anchored in a live asset you already own.

Stage two — The AI Operating System

Build the foundations, the fluency and the portfolio.

A six to twelve month embedded programme, with your AI Twin as its living record, built around four outcomes that run in parallel.
