What we collect

When you complete the AI mini assessment we collect your name, work email, optional phone number, your country, and your answers to the assessment questions. Nothing else.

Why we collect it

To review your result and engage with you about your AI journey, so we can see whether and how we can help. No marketing lists, no other use.

We never share your data

Your data is never sold, rented, licensed or shared with anyone outside CAPIO PRO, apart from the email provider that delivers the confirmation emails strictly on our behalf.

Storage and security

Submissions are stored in a secure, access-controlled backend database that only the CAPIO PRO team can view.
